Booking cancellation

To change or cancel your reservation, please contact us. Changes can be made only if there are available rooms of the appropriate category and in accordance with the tariffs in force at the time of the changes. The amount and time of the cancellation penalty depends on the type of fare.

Please note that from April 1, 2024, an additional local tax, the Resort Fee, is in effect in St. Petersburg. It is not included in the room rate.


All guests over the age of 18 are required to pay an additional resort fee of 100 rubles for each day of stay upon check-in (except in cases provided for by law).


Payment is made upon check-in. If there is a benefit, residents must have with them the original document confirming the availability of the benefit, or a copy of it, certified in accordance with the established procedure


The rates also do not include a registration fee of 450 rubles, charged once for registration of each foreign guest. Registration of all foreign citizens is carried out by the hotel in accordance with the requirement of Federal Law No. 109-FZ dated 07/18/2006.
